Introduction:

A licensed massage therapist for over 25 years, my goal has always been to help others manage stress, alleviate their aches and pains and achieve greater relaxation.

This path began at the Institute of Therapeutic Arts in my home state of New Hampshire. Seeking a warmer climate, I headed to California and worked alongside chiropractors providing table massage, integrated chair massage techniques…and started my own massage practice.

After life brought me to Texas, I studied to be a licensed esthetician and added facials to help my clients feel renewed and refreshed.

I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, and singing. I believe in dog rescue and now spoil a Labrador retriever and a German shepherd.🐾
